1. User Accounts & Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activities that occur under your account remain your responsibility. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.
2. Service Orders & Remote Connections
When purchasing remote servicing, you must ensure your device is legally owned and compliant with local laws. You must provide accurate connection parameters (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or USB Redirector) to facilitate servicing.
3. Digital Tool Rentals
Rental leases provide access credentials for the exact duration purchased. Sharing rental credentials outside the platform is strictly prohibited and leads to immediate lease termination without refund.
4. Modifications to Terms
MobiFirms reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the modified terms.
